These works promise an emotional existential trip: a journey to the heavens, the apocalypse and resurrection (and they deliver). The scores themselves are well printed on good paper.

Requiem unrivaled in the grandeur of its conception, calling for huge orchestral forces and a chorus of at least 200. The Te Deum contains some of Berlioz's most inspired and original ideas.
